It's picnic time! We are going to Lake Murray for our annual picnic.

The church will provide the meat, drinks, and paper products. You can bring side dishes or dessert if you wish. Please call the church to reserve your place on the bus, or feel free to drive yourself! Hope to see you there!

Boyd and Patti Donaldson, along with lots of help from Ada Bess Hill, are the Senior Adult Leaders.  Boyd and Patti have been members of Marietta's First Baptist for 19 years and both sing in the choir.  Patti teaches the kindergarten Sunday school class and Boyd is a member of the Singing Churchmen of Oklahoma.  Patti also is a part-time secretary here at First Baptist.   Ada Bess has been the executive secretary at First Baptist for almost 50 years as well as a life-long member. The goal of our group is to spread the love and joy of Christ wherever we go - to let His light shine through us.

We have a very active SeniorAdult group. We've been to a rodeo, a circus, a symphony concert, toured the new Dallas Cowboy stadium and Texas Motor Speedway, taken in a Texas Rangers baseball game, visited Nashville, San Antonio, Albuquerque, been to Branson multiple times and lots, lots more.  We like to sing, eat and travel - not necessarily in that order.  All adults are invited to join us in our activities.  You can participate in one or as many activities as you choose.  Hope you'll join us soon!
