HOW TO REGISTER (Q&A)
What forms do I fill out and turn in?
The only form needed is the 2012 FBC Release Form.
What is the cost?
$45 ($20 for each additional family member.)
This fee covers the costs for the weekend, including all activities, lodging, meals, t-shirt, etc.
What if I cannot pay this amount?
You can apply for financial assistance with a Scholarship Application Form, available in the church offices. Applicants are still required to pay $20.
Why do I have to apply for financial assistance?
There are some who genuinely need financial assistance. So please be honest about your financial needs. We would never want anyone to miss Revolution Weekend because of a money situation. We have a limited scholarship account, so we want to be wise and fair about how this money is used.
What date must I register by?
The REGISTRATION DEADLINE is Wednesday, April 10.
