Tommy Higle has been pastor of the First Baptist Church, Marietta, OK, for 30 years. He has pastored six churches in Arkansas and Oklahoma during his more than 40-year ministry.  His writings have been translated into several languages and published in four countries.  Higle is known for clear, simple exposition with practical application.

Tommy and his wife of 39 years, Virginia, have three married children, Monta, Jeremy and Holly. They also have seven grand-children.

Shane Norton - Associate and Youth Pastor

Shane has served as the Youth Pastor since May 2004. He was named Associate Pastor in March 2013. Shane graduated from SWBTS in December 2008, with a Master of Arts in Christian Education.

He and his wife Amy were married in July 2002.  They have three daughters, Abby Grace, Reese, and Meleah, and one son, Cam. In his free time, Shane enjoys spending time with his family, songwriting, running, and playing basketball.

Richard Stevenson - Worship Pastor

Richard has served as Worship Pastor since February of 2006.  He has been in full-time or part-time ministry since 1993.  He has served in churches Louisianna, Mississippi and Oklahoma.  Richard received his Bachelors degree in music education from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Masters degree in Vocal Performance from Oklahoma City University.  He then moved to Baton Rouge Louisianna where he spent three years working on a Doctorate of Musical Arts.  It was there that Richard felt God's call to full-time Christian ministry.

Richard and his wife Pam have three children, Luke, Molly and Jack.  His hobbies include golf, motorsports, fishing, cub scouts (with Luke), and of course music.
